During the recent NPCA 56 th Annual Convention in Colorado Springs, the NPCA QA/QC Committee ratified changes to the NPCA Quality Control Manual for Precast Concrete Plants. The changes are provided in two ways: an addendum/changes document and a copy of the new manual with red text and yellow highlights. All NPCA members are invited to comment by sending an email to Phil Cutler, P.E.
